On Saturday, 18th May 2024 we welcomed a contingent of former pupils, staff and parents back to Beaudesert to play a match of 'Wachy Special'.
Wachy is a game unique to Beaudesert Park, which was created by former Deputy Head Mr Miles Wachter.
While some revelers took straight to the banks to have their go at batting, others strolled the school grounds in the sunshine, or spectated in deck chairs or on picnic rugs along the terraces. A 'Wachy match tea' kept our players fuelled for the afternoon's events.
