Beaudesert Park Nursery provides child-centred learning in a happy and friendly environment, bringing out the best in each child.
Our Nursery offers modern but comfortable facilities, including its very own creative room, free-flow ‘inside-outside’ classrooms, ‘Beaudesert Cottage’ role play zone and access to the School’s Forest School. With boys and girls joining the Nursery from age 3, it is the perfect introduction to life at Beaudesert.
Forest School Morning
We have an opportunity for prospective parents and children to explore our Forest School, nestled deep in the woodland at Beaudesert Park.
There will be refreshments and small activities for children to join in with, and our Forest School Leaders will be on hand.
This event is open to prospective families joining our Nursery in September 2025, and we are happy for families to bring along a friend.
If you would like to attend, please RSVP with our Registrar.
Nursery sessions are available to children from the age of 3 to 4 years old.
Activities are subject to Nursery timetable.
How Many Sessions is Best?
Routine, familiarity, confidence and belonging are key. The more times each week that your child comes to Nursery, the more readily they will settle and feel a sense of belonging, the deeper their friendships will become and the stronger their bond to their teachers will be. Daily sessions – either full or half day – are recommended, with no fewer than 5 sessions over 3 days per week. If children were to only attend once or twice per week, they would not build enough of a routine within their new environment to truly build connections and the related confidence.
Some children may find several full days per week challenging at the outset and may need to adopt some half days or to punctuate their week with a day at home. Many who begin the year in this way build up to more full time attendance later in the year, space permitting, to aid the transition into 5 full days per week in Reception.
We fully understand that family commitments and parental work schedules will play a significant part in decision making. Balance and what is right for the child is always at the heart of what we seek to achieve, whilst aiming for as much ongoing continuity and familiarity as possible.
If you are unsure about the right balance for your child, please do not hesitate to reach out to speak to our Registrar, Jessica Grech, or Anna Packman, and we will gladly listen and advise.
The Beaudesert nursery is such a happy, wonderful place, and our son is thriving.
