We have an exciting and rarely available opportunity for an inspirational and dynamic Director of Music to join us from September although we are willing to wait until January 2026 for the right candidate. We seek a knowledgeable and passionate practitioner with the experience and drive to consistently deliver high standards of music across all age groups.

The successful candidate will be a skilled educator, able to instil in every child a love and enthusiasm for music, creating opportunities for all children to participate and perform.

Our well-resourced music department is located within a modern, purpose-built Performing Arts Centre and comprises a dedicated classroom/ensemble room (with a suite of Apple Mac computers) and a series of soundproof pods for individual instrumental lessons. Pupils also benefit from an excellent team of 17 visiting music teachers delivering around 275 individual lessons each week.
