This school year is new in more ways than one at Beaudesert.   As well as marking the beginning of a new century of being here in Gloucestershire, it also heralds the arrival of a new Headmaster.  More than a year in the planning, Chris Searson joins Beaudesert from his previous post as Deputy Headmaster at Highfield School in Liphook, Hampshire.  Chris joins Beaudesert with his wife Harriet and two young children, and takes up where James Womersley left off when he and his wife Fiona retired this summer after 21 years at the helm.   Chris commented;  “Beaudesert is a wonderful school in a beautiful location and I am thrilled to be Headmaster here.  Having just celebrated a 100 year milestone, the school has a rich history behind it and a bright future ahead.  I look forward to playing my part in that as the next 100 years begin.”
