
HEAD OF ENGLISH
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key department at one of the country’s leading co-ed prep schools. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of preparing children for entrance examinations. Our new Head of English will provide energy, ideas and leadership to an already vibrant department. This post will suit an ambitious English teacher looking for promotion or a present Head of English seeking a new challenge. The successful applicant will be well supported with administrative help to ensure teaching is their prime focus.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach throughout the Prep school including CE and play a full part in the life of this successful, forward-looking family school. Beaudesert is an independent boarding and day co-ed Prep School with a Pre-prep department (450 pupils).
Accommodation available. Wonderful Cotswold surroundings. The School has its own salary scale.

DOMESTIC MANAGER
As Domestic Manager, the successful candidate will lead the delivery of day-to-day catering, cleaning, matrons and nursing services and will also be responsible for ensuring school functions and events are managed effectively. Responsibilities also include organisation of minor refurbishment projects to ensure decoration and furnishing is kept to a high standard throughout the School, and management of lettings using the School’s facilities.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members of staff throughout the School, including teaching and support, as well as with external clients and contractors. He/she must be prepared to be flexible both in the requirements of this newly established role and in the working hours to meet the needs of service users.
In return we offer a competitive salary dependant on qualifications and experience. The candidate must be willing to work flexibly as hours may vary to include some weekend and evening work.
