There is a sibling discount of 10% of the termly tuition fees for the third and subsequent siblings in the school for parents with three or more children at Beaudesert Park at the same time.
Please note that for the Nursery and Reception years we will consider childcare provider schemes on an individual basis.
We currently run five different school bus routes at the start and end of the school day to Bibury, Cirencester, Tetbury, Malmesbury, Sherston, Shipton Moyne and villages in between. These routes change according to demand. There is a 50% discount for the second and subsequent sibling of a child who currently uses the transport.
In keeping with the charitable aims of the School, Beaudesert Park offers a number of means-tested Bursaries each academic year for children from Year 4 and above, whose parents would not otherwise be able to afford a Beaudesert education. In addition we can help secure funding beyond Year 8 with an appropriate senior school.
Bursaries worth from 80% to 100% of fees take into account a family’s financial circumstances. Application forms can be obtained from the school office and should be submitted by the end of December each year for admission the following September. Academic assessment is via Beaudesert teachers and a report from the child’s current school. Decisions regarding awards are made by the end of the Spring term.
There is a voluntary insurance scheme to enable parents to recover the cost of school fees whilst pupils are absent through illness or accident. The school includes all pupils in a personal accident insurance scheme at no additional cost as the basic premium has been incorporated within the current fee structure.
Fees are payable by or on the first day of term in accordance with the Governors’ rules. Unless a full term’s notice of withdrawal is given, payment for a term shall be due from, and be made by, the parent or guardian omitting to give such notice.
The application for admission form must be completed and the registration fee paid before a pupil’s name can be added to the list of entry. The refundable deposit is payable in the year before entry. The deposit is refunded against the last school account or if the entrant fails to reach the required academic standard. It will not be refunded if, for any reason, the place is not taken up.
